1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "tk9997", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tk9997 platform accessible at https://tk9997.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the tk9997 website, its gaming and betting interfaces, cashier systems, customer support channels, and all associated services provided thereunder.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the Account holder is under 18.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, tk9997 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Funds in cases of demonstrable abuse.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes. tk9997 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.4 Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity for recreational purposes. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify and comply with local laws applicable to online gambling. tk9997 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk9997 is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention. We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or permanent Account closure.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be liable accordingly.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk9997 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the report and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account while the investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where a closure request is submitted as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure, tk9997 will process the closure without delay and will not attempt to re-engage the Player with marketing communications during the agreed exclusion period.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk9997 currently supports the following payment methods for BDT deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options, including Visa and Mastercard where available, may be offered at tk9997's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. tk9997 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will communicate changes via the cashier interface.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 60 seconds for verified Accounts using bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. tk9997 may delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) pending KYC documentation; (b) active bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled; (c) ongoing fraud or AML investigations; or (d) technical issues with the relevant payment network.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. tk9997 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 or any withdrawal pattern deemed unusual under our AML monitoring systems.

5.5 Currency & Fees

All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. tk9997 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk9997 bears no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by tk9997 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the relevant bonus; unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of this period.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion terms or the bonus terms page.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

tk9997 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; placing bets that cover multiple outcomes simultaneously to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other conduct that tk9997 determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of the bonus system.

6.5 Promotional Eligibility

tk9997 reserves the right to restrict any Player's eligibility for specific promotions, including welcome offers, based on their playing history, Account status, or applicable terms. Players who have previously self-excluded or requested account closure on responsible gaming grounds will not be re-enrolled in promotional programmes without their explicit re-consent.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, which are published within the game interface or the sportsbook section. General gaming rules applicable across the Platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform system. tk9997 shall not be liable for any bet placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or bets placed on the wrong market.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly posted odds, system errors, or pricing errors — tk9997 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.

• Unlawful Use: Using the Platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any other activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh or any applicable jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of tk9997 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, it may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits tk9997's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property or to prevent ongoing harm.
